1. Creating reports with Customer Journey analytics

With this new feature, HubSpot now allows you to identify the impact of each contact’s interaction with your company. With this type of reporting, you can identify which actions work best to attract potential customers.

From HubSpot’s reporting tool, you can add specific customer journey stages to analyze. Some of the most common properties are:

-Announcements

-CTAs

-Forms

-Marketing emails

-Sales emails

-Web pages

-etc.

If your company is looking to improve its customers’ mobile phone number data updated experience and optimize their purchasing process, Customer Journey Analysis is an essential tool to incorporate into your marketing strategy.

 

This functionality is available for Marketing Hub Enterprise licenses.

1. Business labels with color HubSpot’s latest: April 2023

To more efficiently categorize, filter, and select deals within your pipeline, HubSpot has just introduced color-coded deal labels.

These labels are assigned logically, for example, with a “big brazil data deals” label for those valued above X amount. They can also be used in conjunction with filters and reports. Currently, it’s possible to add up to 10 different labels.

 

This add-on is now available for all hubs, in public beta.

2. Business/ticket creation form based on the pipeline

Just as not all pipelines are the same, the properties that appear on the creation form should not be the same for all of them.

Starting today, it’s possible to customize the deal or ticket creation form based on the selected pipeline. This is currently available for all plans starting with Pro.

 

3. Setting up different Knowledge Bases on the same account

Hubspot has launched a new feature that will allow unique marketing strategy you to manage different Knowledge Bases in a single account.

The new feature allows HubSpot customers with a Service Hub Enterprise license to share differentiated information across different products, brands, or business areas. 

It is currently available for all plans starting with the Enterprise plan of Service Hub.
